im having trouble removing the bolt from the top of the starter my hand wont fit and i cant unbolt it how did you guys do it

its on my 86

Use every 3/8" extension you can find and go at it from in front of the motor mount.

as already mentioned, all u need is a collection of extensions and swivels to get to the top bolt. ull literally have a 2.5foot extension from the front going to that top bolt.

Lots of extensions and flex bits [Smile] Insert from the front of the vehicle with it jacked up. Keep trying different length extensions and flex bits 'til you can get it on there.
