I bought a Steeda Short shifter for a 2001 Mustang Gt with a Tremec 3650 Tranny, but my car is an early 2001 Gt that had the T45 Tranny Swaped for a Tremec 3650.When I installed it it didn't fit because the bottom base was too thick. Does anyone know if I need to get the Steeda shifter for T45 tranny instead of the Tremec 3650 so it would fit.Please Help........
