89 fox with sn95 5 lug but wanted to replace the bearings on the front would i have to press them in and any pointers out there thanks.

It's just a retaining nut that holds the bearing assembly on the spindle. You will need a 35mm or 36mm socket, I can't remember which right now. You will need to torque to 250ft/lbs, so a large torque wrench is needed. It is recommended to get new retaining nuts with new bearings.

In other words, you'll need to order a new hub/bearing assembly and a couple hub nuts. The bearings are built into the hub. They are not to be seperated. The hub is the bearing's outer race. I got some used ones in nice shape. But yes, you'll need to replace the hubs/bearings as one unit.

step my game up haha. i had a set of 04 spindals hubs etc and they are the same i was told so iam just going to use those. and to 89 coupe nasty this isn't a bow tie forum
