I got a lincoln Mark VII rear end. Its all four link like my fox is, rear disk, its all complete but I noticed the calipers are way bigger then like stock GT's. Im not complaining but just wondering if anyones ever run one of these rear ends and if there complications with the pistons being so big. Thanks.

Saleen used this same axle for their Fox cars in the 80's. They used the master cylinder/pro-valve from the Mark VII as well. Nothing wrong with it, other than the width issue.

you can do it. but like johnb said width is a issue. the axle on the mark 7 are 30+ inches. so you'll be limited to what rim/back space you can have on the car. but i know someone that has the mark 7 set up in his car.

Yep I've had em on a few of my oldstangs,
Rubs on tire sizes 275 and fatter, and a 10" rim would stick out, 9z and down are fine
