i was tryin to start my car yesterday and it was working fine turning over and what not but the car kept dyin so i kept starting it then after like 5 times the starter wouldnt turn over id jus hear a clicking noise..the starter is pretty new so what could it be?

well everything wouldve been fine if i wouldve marked the rotor position like i was sposed to..i was starting it yesterday and it started buh kept dyin so i kept startin it then outta nowhere it started clickin..is the starter jammed er sumn? well that clicking sound is the starter, the solenoid is clicking out but not turning. try hitting it with a hammer a couple of times and if that doesnt work get a new starter

Check the voltage on your battery.

voltage is fine even tried jumping it..im thinkin maybe the starter wire is grounded out er sumn..going to remove the starter and have it tested today er tomorrw..its only like a month old tho

I did long tubes on mubuddys five o an the starter wire grounded off on the headers an was doing the same thing!

my keyboard is so dirty from going back and fourth..lol..im goin to jack the car up rite now and check..thanks everyone

it works now.cleaned the starter wire cuz it was wet and had hella debri..
