My t5 grinds going in to 3rd gear in about the first 5 mins of driving it, after that it maybe do it here and there after its all warmed up.

The questions are:

1. What can the problem be?

2. Who can do the work to fix it and how much?

I had that prob wit my t5 so changed da oil nd went wit AMSOIL. that fixed it for me. idk if it can work for u.

same thing happens to me as well...usually if i warm it up first, its good to go...but deffinately check your fluid

rear seal and speed o cable,there the most common place to leak.

how do you fix it if it leaks from speedo cable? i think i have that problem

EITHER THE O-RING OR I THINK THERES A RUBBER SEAL THAT THE CABLE SLIPS INTO, MINE LEAKS TOO JUST HAVNT REPLACED IT YET.
