they are reliable. it all depends on if it was taken care of. and from the ad description, it seems to be. plus its a 1 owner car. i say drive it and see... and make sure the oil was changed regularly.. thats super important on the mod motors...

really it all depends how good he was on his services on the car, when i used to have my 00 gt the engine broke down twice on me ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) but one was cause i used redline the car like a mofo and the other was i used to take my car into the dealer for service and though i was getting my service. so after the second time it broke down on me i knew a lot more about cars so i did my own service and i even put 100 shot of nitrous for a while and never had any issues, now the new owner from what i heard so far has not had any issues ether and enjoys smoking his brother. Brother has a saleen same year ![[burnout]](graemlins/burnout.gif) so like mention test drive it and go from there, also if u test drive it pay attention to any ticking from the engine bay, 4.6 have an issue with ticking valves.

That looks like a great deal. Make sure the car has a clean title and has not been in any major accidents. Also, if you are concerned about the condition of the motor get a mechanic to look at it.
