picked up a kenwood deck KDC-MPV619 off of ebay, but its asking me to "enter code _ _ _ _"
does anyone know a backup code?
and how to enter the code? anyway i can bypass this?

pls send pms.
i dont want any other kenwood owners to worry about possible thiefs.

Best thing to do is e-mail the previous owner and ask for the code... or you could always call Kenwood and see if they can help you unlock it.

tried emailing seller, no replies. but ya i heard kenwood would unlock them, but you have to send them out, and pay like 50 bucks or something.
