Ebay & Turbomustangs.com are the places I've seen them pop up from time to time.
All are used....the newest ones are at least 7 years old. If you do find a kit, be prepared to spend a good amount of $$$ getting the turbos rebuilt & sourcing hard to find parts. (like metric banjo bolts, spring loaded T-bolt clamps, & misc silicon tubing). & Yes, there is a place that can rebuild the ball bearing Garretts. I had mine rebuilt last year.

thanks for the info, not like i'll be doin that anytime soon, just wanted to know. smog is a BITCH! is all i have to say
