My car idles funny ..it will sit between the the one and line below which is normal, then it will just surge up to one by it self every 30 seconds or so. Is there something that might be clogged or need to be cleaned. Throttle body? Doesnt effect me when i drive but its definitley not right.. Thanks for your help.

umm....all i can say is try cleaning with ur maf with some spray from kragen.

Check for vacuum leaks.
