If you are not getting power then it sounds like the 1st place to check is the electrical system. Have you tried jump starting the car?

If you can jump start it then take the battery to a Sears or Kragen and have it tested. Next check to make sure your charging system is working properly.

Check the positive and negative cables to make sure they are attached really tight and don't have any corrosion. Next check the the ground connection to the block.

If all of that looks good then check the fuse box and relays to make sure nothing is burned out.

If nothing looks obviously wrong then you will probably have to bust out the multi meter and the Ford manual and do some basic electrical tests.
