there selling me some long tube headers but one of the tubing is banged up is there a problem with it ?

is it for the driver side one where the steering shaft goes.alot of headers have dents to clear the steering shaft.even brand new ones

I run a set of Kooks on my car. They fit awesome, and have no clearance issues. Are you buying them used, or did you order them through Kooks?

Are they stainless? If the price is good, I would buy them. If the headers are individual tubes that connect at the collector, I am sure Kooks would be able to make a new tube to replace the dented one.
