Author Topic: Cleaning/clearing old gas out of fuel lines. truthseeker ¯ Member # 4636 posted                              My car has been sitting for 5 months. I am going to fire it up today!! I had about 3 gallons of gas in it and I added 12 gallons of new gas to it. I am wondering if I turn the car on and off a few times if it will pump the old gas that is still in the fuel lines out. If not what is the easiest way to accomplish this?
