I was just wondering what reverse polarity is, and if it is bad or normal. When I jumped my car with my jumper pack the reverse polarity indicator came on, and I cant seem to find any information on the web as far as cars go. Thanks.

I'm not sure what kind of car you have but if you do that on many computer controlled cars you will fry your computer. If you don't know how or can't jump your car properly you have bigger issues to resolve.

I am not doing anything, just hooking it up and car starts fine just wondering why the light is on.

if its in the car, its not a reverse polarity light, its a charging problem light. go to kragen and have them test your system. probably need a new alt, seeing as how you needed to jump the car

only goes dead after sitting for a few weeks alt is fine. my juper pack is probably just retarded
