I got a slow blink condition when i turn on the signals anybody else have this problem?

I'd suggest swapping in a new flasher.

if you have the stock alternator that happens.
also, add a new ground from the engine block to one of the swaybar bolts on the front subframe, it helped a lot with the slow blinker on my convertable that has a stock alternator.
