cant find a front bumper license plate frame like this one anywhere. any info will be appreciated, thanks.

That lisc plate bracket came on my cobra when I bought it. I believe some dealers use it for cars/cobras that dont have a front bumper provision. Have you looked at the local ford parts dept?

no, not yet but will do. its just that the person that had the car before me, drilled two holes for a front license plate. and that cover looks alot better that two holes.

What year Mustang is it for?....I'm not sure Ford made one for the 87-93...But, you should be able to get one at the local Ford dealership...
