Can somebody explain this to me. I have pulled this code it is a heated O2 sensor downstream bank2 sensor2. I have replaced Catted h-pipe and all o2 sensors and it ran fine for a day and a half. befor that i just replaced the o2 sensor and the light came back on in 20min. this is on an 03 gt???????????????

That code refers to the heater element on the catalyst monitor (its what a downstream O2 is called). You've got a wiring issue or a PCM problem.

doubt its a pcm problem i can check the wiring going to the 02 sensor
