I got a 66 Stang and Im using a Demon carb on my 302. My problem is the choke on the carb doesnt want to work 100%. Does it matter where I ground it? it should just need 12v right?

if its the electric choke. the heater inside should move the linkage to open? Are all the linkage parts connected properly? is it free to move?
