Take it to a machine shop. You'll definatley need a need valve guide and valve. Possibly a valve spring and pushrod. Depending on how much damage there is you could be looking at anything from boring the engine .020 or .030 over (if the cylinders are scored, then you have to replace all the pistons) to a new block. That is if you ran the motor with chunks of the valve moving around the cylinder.
