So im still trying to get my reverse lights to work and my low fuel lights.im looking in my chiltons and see nothing about reverese lights.I have 1 plug under there by the tranny that has a rubber boot and has 1 hole in it.only place i can see it going is on the tranny but it has a connector with 2 pins??maybe when it was a automatic?so does anyone have any idea what i need to look for for the reverse lights to work?bulbs and fuses are good,i just thought there was suppose to be something on the tranny?..AND FOR THE DUMMY LIGHTS chilton says low fuel warning lamp if equipped.those are the bulbs in the box?ive tried everything to get these lights to work and still wont work,any other ideas?and what is a anti slosh module?

Yeah, that connector on the side of the tranny is it. Do you have an ohm meter? When you put the T5 in reverse, an ohm meter should say those two connectors on the side of the tranny are closed. If you short the two wires of that connector with a wire, the reverse lights should glow. Try it and see if your problem is the internal T5 switch or down the line somewhere.

if you did a tranny swap i think the aod and t5 back up plug isn't the same. you may have to cut the wire and atatch a back up plug for a t5 on to your wires. when i put a t5 in my 67 i had to do a similar thing. good luck.
