Anyone know of a shop that can do torque box repair located in Sacramento or Bay Area? My car makes a loud creaking noise on passenger rear side while making right turns over steep driveways/sidewalks. I believe the torque box needs to be repaired.

Are you sure it's the box and not just a bad bushing in a control arm?

I had a mechanic look at it today, said the torque box looked good. I'm guessing it's the bushing or the shock. I have aftermarket control arms and also subframe connectors welded on. I had u-joint replaced because the tranny/driveshaft was making a lot of noise when engaging in gear, still makes clunking noise when I let off the gas for a second and then jump back on it while in gear..any suggestions?

Does the car have aftermarket gears in it?

It has different gears, really short, makes my spedometer read faster than the real speed.

It's possible the gears aren't set up properly. That's not to say it can't be a bad bushing as well.
