My car starts and then seems like it gets flooded or chokes and dies. Getting memory fault PIP circuit fault... I pulled all the old plugs and all of them were fouled but looked good otherwise. Put new copper plugs in but same thing happens. Any ideas?

Does the car in question have a distributor? Sounds like the same symptoms you'd have from having the timing off or even having the dizzy off one gear tooth.

No the car has no distributor. It's a 95 4.6 DOHC. I have confirmed the engine is being flooded, I think it's an electrical problem. Getting PIP circuit fault code and the PIP signal is what controls the injector timing and engine speed.
