Author Topic: AOD drain plug??? six 5.0 ¯ Member # 3153 posted                                 Does anyone know where or if thier is a drain plug on a 88 AOD tranny? If not, any recomendations on how to go about draining this stuff, thanks guys. -------------------- IwishIwasan03COBRA! The torque converter has a drain plug next to one of the converter nuts. Remove the inspection cover on the front of the trans, and roll the engine around to find the plug - it has a 7/16" head.
