Hooking up the last of my odds and ends on the new motor. Found that there are 3 or 4 vacuum lines that i cannot find receptors to. When i had my cobra intake they hooked to the bottom of the upper intake. Where do they go now?

Also there is a large line that goes from the back bottom of the lower intake to... where??

that would be the pcv, i ran it to the ground, just like having a valve cover breather, i would suggest running it into a vacuum port only for smog time, because that holley intake is notorious for sucking oil into the intake through the pcv, even with the shield i made it will still suck a little in
