In the eng comp, and behind the dash there are several plastic lines that get brittle after time, I found 3 partially broken lines after JohnB gave me some suggestions on things to check.

Check those lines, and also check behind the dash to see if any have broken or fallen off.

when I get home in 2 weeks, I can try and find my ford tech manual on cd, which I can send to you, if needed.
