At the very least I would re-dyno the car to check the air/fuel ratio prior to going into boost. Any time boost is added it will have an affect on the air fuel ratio. Sometimes an adjustment is needed while other times the tune can allow for the extra 2-3 psi of boost.

You're going to get more boost with a power pipe...I'd get any other mods that you're planning and install them all at once and then re-tune...

If your MAF is working and not pegged then your AF ratio should not change with added boost or any other modification that causes your engine to draw in more air through the MAF.

However, adding a powerpipe/relocating the MAF may throw off your MAF transfer function(and your AF) so it would be a good idea to check your car with a wideband.

You may also have more timing in your current tune that you would want with the added boost.
