my buddy suggested i use my 88 roller 302.
and convert it to a soild lifter cam.
then get chiped for the fac.rev limiter
this way i can turn higher rpms.
i have a cc 280 cam i got for free
with solid lifters.
can it be done?
i for the cam in a not roller 84 block
w/trick flow heads and nitro!
+and i say + it had a 90 efi setup on top.
wierd huh?this motor broke the crank in two
blew up the balancer, timing can and cover
and cracked the block where the main caps are.
[Big Grin] we bought it the way.
anthoer question i had not topic related but
the firing order is differnt on 84's right?
then he had a efi setup for 5.0 ho??wtf?
