Does anybody know where they will make my car pass smog. i know the car won't pass because it has alot of off-road parts on it. pm me if you know a place. coo thanks

Why not just change the off-road parts back?...

it is actually for my boy he has a 2000 ss with long tubes and off road y-pipe and an slp cold air. should he be able to pass smog with those parts.

He will not pass with the parts that you listed
