I think i blew mine out from overfilling. Is it a tough swap what do you have to do?

Take out driveshaft and get one of those cheap seal pullers and pop it out. Tap in new one flush and evenly. The puller is only a few bucks at kragens/autozone.

Don't gouge your housing with the seal removal tool or you're gonna be SOL.
