i have a 89 foxbody with a 351. Just put it in, and the problem is, I am only getting fuel in starting position not in reg. run position. It almost seem like my ignition is set 1 position forward. Any ideas?

So, what's your fuel pressure while you're cranking it?

Bum ignition switch or computer wiring? I'll post wiring diagrams tomorrow.

Does it fire up when you crank it and when you let go of the ignition key it dies? If so, it may be a bum ignition switch. Thw ignition switch itself is located under the instrument panel and is bolted to the steering column. Try cranking the engine and when it does fire up, slowly let the key return to the "run" position.
I had a similar problem with my '89 Saleen and found that the ignition switch was actually falling apart and that the contacts in the switch in the "run" position were open. Good luck.
