Get a C&L 76mm mass air, Comp XE274HR cam, & 1 3/4" headers. Shorties or LTs, either would be a better choice than the 1 5/8" equal lengths.

The heads will be fine for your application. People are too port happy or too into flow #'s. The stock TFS head should support some good power. I like the combo exept I'd definitely use some BBK 1 3/4 longtubes and clean up the weld material and open the collector to 2.5". You'll want better valve springs than the stock TFS springs. I happen to have a set of Comp 914's with titanium retainers for sale. 150 lbs seat/385 lbs open.
Mike Camara made 353 RWHP and 371 RWTQ with a setup like this but with AFR 165 heads.

LT's and I would go with the XE274 cam, seasoned 88 has that on his 342 and that thing runs great with that cam, he had 185's and made about 360hp

I'll sell the springs and titanium retainers for $100. The setup should make good power. The intake is very good and the 1 3/4 headers should make around 10+ RWHP more but more importantly make more avg. power. If funds are tight, start out with what you have and upgrade later. You might want to see if the RPM 2 has an opening for a 75mm throttle body. If it does match it accordingly unless you already have the 70. Everything else sounds good. Should make 350+ RWHP and make good torque and drive excellent.
