got my 4:10s installed so far so gooooood!! but now i cant pull my e brake up as high my buddy installed it did a good job to but why do u think this is bout teh ebrake? and have had them for 3 days seems liek im getting really good gas mikeage is that normal or what?

What year Mustang is this for?...If its for the Cobra in your profile, then you have disc brakes and could be a different problem then if you had drum brakes...

Ask your friend if he adusted your parking brake cable...The cable might have been re-installed in a different position making the cable tighter or with less slack....The rear calipers also have a parking brake spring...If the end of the parking brake cable is not installed in the calipers parking brake spring correctly this will change the tension or level in which you pull up the parking brake handle....
