i have stock e7 heads,is it worth getting some gt-40 iron heads or would i be wasting my time and money?

Questions to answer before someone answers this. How much are you getting the heads for and have them been checked out being good (valve springs, valves or machined for straightness). What power level do you want to be at? If the heads are ready to bolt on without machine shop time and you want about 300-400HP then go for it. If you want more than that, save for some AFR's. I have Gt40's on my ride and they have been dynoed over 400HP off the dude i bought them from. Hope this helps.
