hey fellas just picked up a gt 40 intake from my boy but only came with upper and lower no bolts is there anything else iam missing cus he got it just like that also never installed it is there anything that bolts under the upper intake ?cus it has some kind of hollow tube and threads on it.
and also is this intake good with a charger s trim?

For one, you're gonna need a upper-to-lower gasket and EGR spacer-to-manifold gasket...

For another, any holes that the stock intake isnt using can be filled up with plugs...The plugs should come with the kit, but my Edelbrock intake didnt...Just take a trip to the hardware store to find the plugs...The plugs look like the bottom of a sensor/sender, but they have a hex head on them

I'm assumming that the tube with threads in it is for either for senders or sensors....There is one hole in the very middle of the manifold for EGR..THe GT40 intake is will normally support 430hp, so I thing your S-Trim should be ok [Wink]

oh yeah, dont forget that the GT40 intake kits came with a "5.0liter HO" cover for the top of it... [patriot]
