All this talk about smog motors and illegal smog places..

Will I have problems passing smog with my EXPLORER and:

MAC Intake
E Cam
1.6 Roller Rockers
Apten Chip
FMS Headers
Magnaflow Exhaust

My motor is stock with the GT40P heads and the infamous Explorer upper and lower.

Thanks Guys. I have to get it smogged by October and I'm thinking maybe I should wait to do the cam install till after I smog it. WHat do you guys think?

The headers if seen will fail the visual. Not sure about the rest.

everything will pass but the mac intake. thats easy to change out though. the headers will pass if they have a carb #, they should since they're fms

Unless something has changed recently, JBA's are the only headers that I know of that have a CARB#.

yup, waiting to do it all sounds like a solid plan but otherwise it should pass. The chip, depending on its calibration could make a difference though [burnout]
