hi guys,

my o2 sensors are damaged somehow,
but only two of them, if i put the two good ones at "before converter" and put the bad ones "after converter" and put MIL would this be ok?
my car gets wacky idle, just shuts off by it self, but if i reset the computer by disconnecting the battery,
this problem disapears but same later..

i need to buy mil's anyways because i dont like this check engine sign, so if this will solve the problem, i dont have to buy the expensive o2 sensors, am i wrong ? right?

help!! thanks.

i have 98 mustang cobra with bbk o/r h pipe

No it won't work, the ones behind the cats are different sensors. You will need to buy two new front ones [patriot]

Sorry, I misunderstood your first post then. So all this time you've been running all your O2 sensors with an off road H pipe and have gotten no check engine light?

nope, i had check sign from the begining, but i think when the o2 sensors got damaged the car computer cant adjust lean or rich problem and soemtimes the car shuts off only when its idle. i checked the idle control thing and same thing, it only disapears when i reset the computer, it becomes normal for like 3 days and same later

-OR- MAYBE

i just dont know what tha hack is going on...
