I have a 140mph gauge cluster I want to put in my 87. Will the speedo cable need to be changed or does it all stay the same and it just "knows" the speedo is different. Thanks Casey

the speedo cable will work and i believe you will have to do some filing on the speedometer to get the face to fit perfectly

You won't have to do any cutting or "filing"...it's a direct bolt-in.

87-93 clusters are practically all the same...only difference being the 90 and later..have a larger cutout on the bottom, to clear the airbag steering column.
