Hey guys and gals, question for you. I want to make my car as clean looking as possible. Show-style like, so I would like to do something about my valve covers. As far as I know, there are NO aftermarket valve covers for the 4.6 mustangs. Is this correct? I've looked and looked and haven't found anything. If this is the case, then I would like to powder coat my existing valve covers, however the vavle covers on the 4.6 are plastic I do believe and when you powder coat, the item that is being powder coated needs to be able to withstand a certain temperature because it is baked in an oven to get the powder coating to fuse with the material being powdercoated. Does anyone know how much heat the 4.6 valve covers can withstand? How about any other parts on the 4.6? I want to trick the engine compartment out as much ass possible. Thanks everyone!
