On my 95 mustang I have a trick flow street intake. On the bottom side of the upper plenum Facing the front of the car are two hose end fittings(nipples) that vacuum hose go onto or something. There is one vacuum hose laying in the area so I know it goes on one of the two hose ends but what about the other one? Does it get blocked off or should there be another hose going to it and going somewhere else? When I put my finger over the end it feels like it is sucking air. Thanks

the three vacuum connections on the intake that i remember are the PCV, emissions canister that is on the passenger side near the radiator mounted to the body, and the other port should go to the vacuum tree or fitting that is on the firewall near the brake master cylinder, if this doesnt help that i dont know

oops, one more fitting that goes to a vacuum canister i think, small black plastic line, think it runs from engine into passenger fender well

He has a 95, you just desribed the vacume line routing for a fox body [Wink]

You should have one line going to the EGR, one to the regulator, one ake hose to the "vacume tree" and one to the smog equiptment (charcole canister)that is mounted in the passenger side fender.

I suspect that the line you don't have hookd up is the canister line, but if that isn't that case, and you ahve everything else mentioned hooked up, plug it [Big Grin]

oops, whatever, maybe there is an extra hole because a foxbody and ur car use the same trickflow intake, u just have a TB adapter, so maybe the foxbody needs one more fitting, it other words, plug it, if the car runs well and passes smog once the line is capped, then u are in the clear
