I just put a compucar nitrous system in my car. 150 jets. I have a tfs street heat intake, 70mm tb, f-cam 3:73's, pullys. What should i set my timing at when squeezing? What plugs do you guys reccomend and what gap? Also any other little tips would be very helpful.thanx.

Get autolite 24's gapped at like .034 and retard the timing to about 8 degrees. Work from there.

i gotta question for u then 91sleeper, mikes drop top had autolite24's when i got it, i was gonna put 24's back in but they wouldnt thread into my cylinderheads on my other motor that i am putting in the car, any idea why 24's wont fit into the heads, supposedly they are stock 91gt heads, the whole engine was out of a basicalyy stock 91 gt, the heads were taken off to get ported but i am not sure why the plugs dont fit

anyone with any help, the plugs fit into stock 88gt heads but not stock 91gt heads, i though E7's were E7's

Sounds like you either dont have enough fuel which is leaning out or your plugs are just completley gapped wrong. Does it only back fire when you are squeezing? How do the plugs look?

There are two differnt types you can get. There are plugs that are only threaded halfway and plugs that are threaded all the way. Which ones did you get? Make sure you did not cross thread any of them while trying to install them. If I were you I would also try an chase the threads and if that doesnt work re tap them.
