Well, Rob...it depends a lot on the efficiency of your motor, if you have increased flow capability, you will see less pressure on the gauge, if the intake tract is restricted, you will see more pressure on the gauge.

from what i can find, a 3.6" pulley should give between 6 and 8 psi of boost, a 3.125" pulley should net 10-12 psi, and the smallest diameter pulley would give around 20 psi of boost...

that's with an unrestricted intake tract.

hey bill!
just the man i needed to talk to!
I have a dyno tune session scheduled on the 30th, i'd like to up the boost a bit but am unsure of which pulley to buy.
do you guys stock different pulley sizes so we can figure out what would be the best for my setup?

or should i bring what i want on there?

I want to have everything ready so there are no problems, ya know?!

Do you have an intercooler? Makes a differance. Wikd281 has extra pullies. I would not go any lower than a 3.33 with out a intercooler. That should be good to 10lbs.
