Topic: anyone catch the AFR 185 + compcam 282HR stock 302 article?

on valve reliefs, they showed a picture of the valve reliefs required for a stock shortblock 302? Real minor piston work required, and the comp cam 282HR is a BIGGG cam. Forgot the exact specs, but the little brother to this cam is the 274HR which is .555/.565 and 224/232 duration @ 0.05
showed this cool little cutting tool that you use with the heads bolted on and the valves removed. Cool! Looks like AFR 185's have less piston clearance problems on a stock 302 shortblock vs. the the TFS TW heads as I had impaction on the heads with the 274HR and TW heads to the tune of greater than 0.20 inches, which I was told was pretty significant.

The TFS's and the AFR's have the same valve size.... but the TFS comes in at an angle...... am I missing something here, because its not adding up

Yeah, I saw those piston cutters. They look like valves with teeth! Probably expensvie.

Im sure shrouding is an issue on the AFR 185 heads and stock shorblock 5.0L versus the TFS
