Ok, let me get this straight...you want to put in a manual what? Engine? How does that work? Is that like back in the days where people had to pump wells for water....so you will have to turn the crankshaft by hand? That would be sweet! I hope you mean transmission...and that post was courtesy of a really gigantic brain fart.....If you are looking for tranny swap info...it's easy as hell.

My bad….I’m just having one of those days. Yeah that’s what I meant..the whole transmission and engine swap. I would like to have a stick rather than an auto. It would probably be best if I just buy a car that has stick rather than do the change but I have grown attached to my car….it’s my first car…(Ahhhh). But any clue on how much that would be? Trans. Engine swap and all the little parts? Thanks….

Well if I do the swap to a stick I would like to have more power. I was thinking say a Cobra or a newer GT engine. After seeing a post that Mr.Stallion made on the general talk section he had a link to a Cobra engine up for bid on Ebay that has 394 horses on it. Made me think of just dropping in a new engine. What do you think of that engine on Ebay?

well you can get a used motor with like 20-30k for like 1500

plus the blower that well would depend on you I have a novie 2000RR wich great has tons of boost for what I need
but you could get a novi1000 or a vortech
if you get them used they go for like 2000-4000

it will cost I would say like 3500-5g's in parts true its alot but you wont have to worry about a LS1 or a TA even if they got bolt ons [Wink]

but it all depends if you shop around and try to find a good price they are out their just have to look and be paitient
