Just the outlet vents stoped working?? The defroster vents still work?? What about the foot outlets??? Can you hear any kind of air leaks under the dash?? Can you hear the vacuum actuators moving?? From what i rememebr, all the vent flaps use vacuum to open/close. Check your vaccum source in the engine compartment, make sure you still have vacuum going to the heater/ac unit in the dash, check for broken vacuum hoses, leaking actuators, etc. Theyres alot that could cause them not to work, just need to start eliminating things.

He's right David...also, when i was working at ford I ran into this problem frequently with the brand new stangs! Not for sure if you car is the same, but drop the glovebox and in there MIGHT be a "vacume tree" It will probably have like four small hoses coming from it.....make sure these are plugged in. We would turn on the a/c, because it was fucking hot, and nothing would come out, I could here the bitch working HARD, but nothing would come out. Once we plugged these in.....aaaahhhhhhhhh, nice cold air coming from all directions. Let me know if you need more help.
