I just replaced my thrtl bdy and egr plate gaskets, i also cleaned the hell out of the thrly body. Now it sticks and the only way i can seem to fix it is to tap the gas before i start in first, that breaks its a little loose but are there and ways to stop the problem. Thanx [worship]

Have you checked the mounting screws for the throtle blade? If they come loose, the blade will stick.
Is this a stock TB? If it's a BBK, they're notorious for this. They mount the throtle bushings in rubber which can distort & cause binding.

Also disconnect the cable & open the blade by hand, that should give you a better idea of were it's sticking.
