Topic: sticking throttle body

I just replaced my thrtl bdy and egr plate gaskets, i also cleaned the hell out of the thrly body. Now it sticks and the only way i can seem to fix it is to tap the gas before i start in first, that breaks its a little loose but are there and ways to stop the problem. Have you checked the mounting screws for the throtle blade? If they come loose, the blade will stick.
Is this a stock TB? If it's a BBK, they're notorious for this. They mount the throtle bushings in rubber which can distort & cause binding.
Also disconnect the cable & open the blade by hand, that should give you a better idea of were it's sticking.
