Unlocked with 5 unlocks still remaining, only ever been used on 1 vehicle, works exactly as described.

Does not come with free tunes for life, you will need to purchase your own tunes from any website or dynoshop and load them onto the tuner for your car.
Brenspeed sells good tunes, also American muscle or Bama directly for a decent price.
Comes with tuner, ecu cord and usb cord for hooking it up to your computer.
Works on 99-04 GT and bullitt.

Price updated to $120.
The tuner is unlocked but does not come with tunes you can use for your car as its all tuned specifically for my car and mods.
See original posting for more info on how to get tunes or where.
You can get a good tune for $60-70 bucks but to get free tunes for life youll need to buy the free tunes for life program from bama, its $150 bucks.
Also if interested, and youd like to plug it in to make sure it works before buying, please have your own mustang as mine is currently being parted.
