why was it taken apart? rod knock? ticking? rebuild?

I did an engine swap, if you're local/close to redwood city I wouldn't mind meeting up so you can take a look at it. Block is in good shape, with no cracks. I would recommend taking it to a machine shop tho. It was at a machine shop cause I was suppose to use it for the build, went a different route. I'm willing to part with it for cheap. I have no use for it and I need to clear out the garage!
