I'm selling my complete Vortech HO aftercooled kit. This blower is only a year old. I purchased the entire non intercooled kit last year then purchased an aftercooler setup from another member on here and added to it. The aftercooler has always had 50/50 coolant ran in it, NO leaks ever and no corrosion. Was sonic cleaned just a year ago when I got it new and passed the pressure test perfect. The blower has less than 20k miles on it, still under warranty for 2 more years. Has never had the stock pulley removed (that factory seal is still on it) All of the following parts are included.
Vortech V3 SI blower and 99 GT (2v) blower bracket - can be mounted on any year if a different bracket is purchased for 109 through superchargers online. I can provide the link.... Will work on any year though with a 3 bolt tensioner I believe. My car made 10lbs with this setup at 6200 and made 410rwhp on 91 octane... This setup will make 20lbs with the right pulley.
Aftercooler setup with upgraded heat exchanger - Cobra HE, comes with 2 pumps also. The picture isn't that great. Its in good condition, not sure on the blur or whatever in the picture.
The Vortech 2.5 Gallon tank - Not pictured but MINT
38lbs injectors
Good Drive Belt
2 bosch BPV's. I only used one but a spare is nice - they are like 70 each.
Andersons Power Pipe
Lightening Maf and Separate IAT sensor
Kenne Bell Boost a Pump
2 bottles of the Vortech synthetic oil (all I ever used)
All hardware for install and couplings for install.
I also have a maxflow racing bypass (never installed) and a set of Spal fans that fit the heat exchanger perfect. I ran them before I installed my killer chiller and they did a great job of keeping the water temps in check. I never had any issues with heat soak. The highest temp I ever logged was 124 on a 4 gear pull in 100 degree weather... and with the killer chiller my temps were always 20 degrees sub ambient. I can include the racing bypass and fans also for the right price. Its like 450-500 in upgrades.
I also have a smaller tank that normally comes with the kenne bell kits that could be used and the buyer wouldnt have to do a battery relocation. This may be a nice option to help keep the cost down.
I had VERY good results with this kit... it ran constantly 50 degrees cooler than my KB under the same boost level. I got a killer deal on another setup though so I switched... It was probably a waste of money because I honestly dont really like it anymore or less but its already installed and I'm not doing all the work again just to go back!
All in all its a great kit with zero problems. You get the entire Vortech HO kit with the following upgrades - Andersons Power Pipe, Lmaf, Boost a pump, Cobra heat exchanger.
I may have forgot something. If you have any questions just ask.
Thanks
2600 or B/0 for the entire kit
Rich
