1990 Mustang LX Hatch
4 cyl. Auto (152,000 Miles)
Has every piece of maintance history since 1990!
White with grey cloth interior. Carpet could use a cleaning and there are no speakers in the car at all. Ash tray door still works!!!
Car failed smog in 2004 and sat in the previous owners garage ever since. Super clean and not a dent on the entire body. Nice paint and the torque boxes are in perfect condition.
Runs & drives and has new plugs, wires, air filter oil & filter, fuel filter. Failed smog with last owner for a check engine light and the timing being off. I have not looked into either issue. Hasn't been reg since 2004. Previous owner said it had about $400 fees but was registerd non op at one point. I never got around to checking it everything with CA DMV as I was planning on out of state reg. Clean (non-salvage) title! The title is still in the original owners name. Signed over to a previous buyer and then sold to me with bill of sale. Had plans to turn into a commuter and then a 5.0 swap. Other projects are taking all my time and this one is getting in the way.
I tossed the headlights as they were yellowed. Also needs drivers door handle and both door lock actuators. Steering coulum rag joint is shot and requires replacement.
Car is definatly worth saving and is worth more in parts. Would make a nice commuter or a solid start for a 5.0 swap!
