Purchased this trans off another member a year and a half ago and installed about 5 months ago. Trans was rebuilt prior to purchase. Trans has roughly 500 miles on it since I purchased it.
The goods- Trans runs perfect in every gear, and has held up to some launches on slicks just fine. Has upgraded 26 spline input shaft. Comes with bell housing needed, new poly mount, and new clutch fork.
The bads- Has a leak coming from passenger side case ear having a slight crack. Drivers ear had a crack that was welded up when the transmission was removed for rebuild by previous owner. Common issue with 3550 tremecs from what I hear, but none the less it leaks. I was experiencing a small vibration at 75mph on the freeway prior to removing the trans. What I have learned from research is that it is important to measure the exact location of the t5 prior to installation of the tremec. Getting the tremec in the same exact position you can avoid drivetrain vibration.
$400 for trans
If wanted you can also purchase.
Steeda Tri-Ax shifter for $125
Pro Motion Clutch Cable kit w firewall kit $70
New Ram Billet Flywheel (Needs to be turned) $150 paid $300 just a few months ago.

Clutch is being sent back to manufacture to be rebuilt, then will be available for sale.
